If I had to sum it up in two sentences: it’s a great basic hydration option for most skin types, especially for those looking for something affordable, uncomplicated, and that simply gets the job done keeping the skin moisturized. However, it’s not necessarily the best choice for very dry skin, a compromised skin barrier, or anyone who prefers a richer, balm-like texture — in those cases, it’s better to complement it with something more emollient or try the PhytoCeramides version from the same brand.
