Salicylic Acid 2% Masque

I've spent the last two years trying to combat acne all over my chin as a result of wearing a mask all day in retail. Never had bad acne before and was at my wits end, it was so painful and covering my lower face. I used a lot of other salicylic acid products as well as other active ingredients meant to help clear acne and nothing worked for so long. Doing this mask twice a week has completely cleared my chin and made the rest of my face feel so soft and healthy. Probably won't work for everyone obviously but I would really recommend trying. I'm always going to have this in my routine now.

I have tried many, MANY skincare products and hacks. I have a microcurrent device, an LED red light mask, serums, moisturisers and overnight masks, but this is still my absolute go-to when my skin looks tired and dull. This has probably been the longest-running staple of my skincare routine; the price point is great, and my skin feels so soft, smooth, and bright after I use this. Whenever I have an event to go to or I feel like my skin needs an extra bit of oomph, I reach for this.

I have bought this mask and although I’m not a fan of face masks this works wonders, I have oily, blemished, combination skin and I find it really hard to find products that are good for my skin. A little bit it’s literally all you need. After using it the redness on my face was almost gone which is on of my main problems and I had clearer, smoother skin, smaller pores on my cheeks, even the pimples I had seemed to start going away. Oh Ordinary, what is this witchcraft?!? This mask is fabulous. Just used for the first time and my skin is transformed. I’m a big fan of the AHA peeling solution mask which is great too but better for anti aging than unclogging pores and reducing spots and acne. With this mask you can really feel the magic working deep in your pores. I applied the mask not too thin (but not too much either) all over my face leaving for 10 minutes. Felt the grain in the mask was a bit unnecessary until washing it off where it felt like you were rinsing off a scrub which feels like an extra cleanse. I am obsesse…

I ordered this about 3 weeks ago and I finally opened today. I can't speak for the quality of the product as it's on my face right now LOL, but I am very disappointed with the amount of product I got. The tube was near empty when I got it and I could squeeze the bottle to the point where my fingers could touch (if that makes any sense). I also got the 100 ml moisturizer and I opened it up to see how much I needed to squeeze to get the product out, and I barely had to squeeze because it was very full, so I don't think I got 50mL of product. This works perfectly with my sensitive skin with hormonal and stress break-outs. I use this as a spot treatment mask and my acne is noticeably less inflamed and smaller the next day. Plus, since I use this as a spot treatment, bottles go a long way!

I love this product! I try to use it 2-3 times a week. I have been using it for a month now and have noticed that my acne scarring is starting to fade. As soon as I start to wash the mask off I can already feel how soft and smooth my face is! This product has really helped the texture of my skin. I agree with everyone else when they wish it came in a larger size. This is a must have!
