Clear ingredients

We list the key active ingredients and their concentrations on every product page, and describe what each one does in plain language. If a product contains an acid at a specific percentage, you'll know before you buy — not after.

Clear pricing

The price you see is the price you pay, in your local currency. No hidden fees, no surprise subscriptions. Shipping cost is shown plainly at checkout, and delivery is free on orders over AED 100 or the local equivalent.

Clear sourcing

We work to source from reputable suppliers and to ensure products are authentic and correctly stored. When we don't have a definitive answer to a question about origin or formulation, we say so honestly rather than make a claim we can't stand behind.

When we get it wrong

No one is perfect. If something is wrong with your order or a product description, tell us and we'll put it right. We will always choose acknowledging and fixing a mistake over deflecting it.
